The New Law Journal has recently published two new articles on social media law.
The first focuses on the risk regulated professionals face of being disciplined by their profession body if they misuse social media. the article looks at the case of Thilakawardhana v The Office of the Independent Adjudicator and University of Leicester  EWHC 3285 (Admin),  All ER (D) 195 (Nov) and can be obtained here.
The second article looks at the recent European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) decision in Barbulescu v Romania (App no. 61496/08) involving employer’s rights to “snoop” on employees social media. the article seeks to debunk many of the popular press reports and can be viewed here.
